Sonia and Andrew were married on a festive saturday just days before Christmas which gave their day a real upbeat joyous feel right from the start.

When they visited Warwick House for the first time they feel in love with our charming house as they wanted a venue that had a intimate feel, and the fact that Warwick House could give them exclusive use was perfect.

When Sonia and her mini entourage of helpers arrived early to start to get ready everyone was in high sprits the bridal changing room soon filled with chatter and giggles as makeup was applied and hair teased into place. Soon it was time for Sonia to put her bridal gown on and make the last minute finishing touches.

All their family and friends were gathered in our banqueting suite waiting patiently for Sonia’s imminent arrival. Sonia’s bridesmaids lead the way down the aisle revealing Sonia in her stunning white bridal gown she was accompanied by her visibly proud father, you could hear the audible whispers as people caught their first glimpses of her as they made their way down the aisle to Andrew, it was a very touching moment when they were finally able to hold hands for the first time that day.

The ceremony finished to the sound of applause as Sonia and Andrew shared their first kiss together as husband and wife.

Everyone was now able to relax with a glass of mulled wine and a mince pie, taking the opportunity to congratulate the newly-weds, whilst a Punch and Judy show was put on for the younger members of the party. Ferri Photography then whisked Sonia and Andrew away to capture some beautiful intimate photographs of them together as husband and wife.

As the sun began to set it signalled the time for the wedding breakfast to be served, where all the guests could now see the full extent of Sonia’s mums handy work, she had made all the intricate details for the wedding including all the bouquets, centrepieces and even the jam that was on the tables as the wedding favours, everything looked fabulous!

Once the speeches were over the first of the evening surprises were able to get underway Sonia and Andrew had arranged for a Michael Buble singer to entertain their guests, now the real stars of the day, Andrew and Sonia’s two sons could show their moves on the dance floor. Once the evening guests had arrived the party could really get underway with everyone laughing and dancing long into the night.
